PROV Type 1 Archive Boxes - Temporarily Unavailable - Interim Supply Arrangements

Due to manufacturing issues beyond our control, archival boxes with PROV branding are temporarily unavailable. It is expected that this situation will continue until June 2008.

However Archival quality boxes of PROV type 1 dimensions are available commercially, but will not be PROV branded. Cost per box is the PROV quoted cost of $3.85 GST inclusive and can only be purchased through;

Arrangements can be made with Archival Survival for collection from their supply and distribution point in Brunswick, or they can arrange courier delivery at agency cost.

Archival Survival will supply you with a letter confirming the boxes meet PROV specifications for the storage of permanent records. This document will need to be provided to a PROV representative prior to the collection of boxes for transfer into PROV custody.

All other size boxes are still available through PROV.
