Custody and Preservation of Records

PROV has implemented programs and activities to ensure that:
  • records identified as permanent are transferred into its custody;
  • storage provided is state of the art;
  • records within its custody are conserved and preserved, and;
  • public records and their context are documented to support access and use over time
