Two photographs with criminal history
sheets of 40 prisoners amongst those on
the attached list furnished by Mr Marshall
Lyle, are to be forwarded when convenient.
One set is to have the name and number.

The photographs are required for Professor Lombroso
of Italy. A selection is to be made
so as to include prisoners of the undermentioned types

1. Sexual Criminals, including criminals committing
rape, indecent assault, unnatural crime, indecent exposure
incest.
2 Bushranger type, Capt. Moonlight, Ned Kelly
3 Burglar type.
4 Sneak thief type. The theodolite man.
5 The criminal larrikin type, including dangerous
assaulters and violent criminals.
6 Homicidal criminals.

In the case of Fredk. Baker coming
under No.1 it is to be ascertained whether
there is any peculiarity in regard to the shape
of the body, especially about the lower part
of the trunk.

has been manifested.
