To The
Inspector G. of police Victoria

Dear Sir
I wish to say something that
will throw more light on
Willimes, Careere [sic] H [sic] came to
America as a passenger [sic]
on the S S Sardeanian from
Movillie. Ireland. he left
at Halifax. We travelled
together to Chicago, 13 of June
1881. we were met by a woman
who went with us.to Bell Creek
I got a job on the Railway line
and he got gass [sic] fitting. or work
with a fitter

about 3 months. I ask where the
woman Miss Crothers his sister was
he told me she had left
for Liverpool England. he
and I fought through him not
paying back $30 dollars [sic]
he boward [sic]. he dissapered [sic]
no one nowing [sic] where he was.
all his dets [sic] paid in
a fauce checque [sic] he getting
£50 in change. a person
come to live at the same
house 14th January 82 the
wife complained to the landlord
of a stench arising [sic] from
the drains floor taken up
the body of his mistress in
quick lime found. another
girls body, aged 19 found
in the water closset [sic].

The sheerif [sic] sent all round no trassing [sic]
was found of Willims. [sic] alias Johnston
alias Campbell alias Squire alias Crothers, till he murdered
another in Windsor Victoria. We was
together in Rio Bazille. he shot two
mates. and committed an criminal assult [sic]
on a girl and these two brothers came on
him doing such & he killed the three
He escaped the Capre de police bunot dective [sic]
who watched for over six months -
so, I am glad he is getting the
rope before long

wounded me in the breast
then Robbing me of 500 millrays [sic]
