Sir,-
I have submitted to the Governor
your Honor’s letter of the 17th Instant,
enclosing a copy of a letter from
the Chief Protector of Aborigines
reporting an affray which took
place on the night of the 8th Instant
at Mr. D. C. Simson’s station on the
Loddon, between two parties of
Aboriginal Natives, in which two
women and two girls were killed
and three others dangerously wounded.
I am instructed by the
