Sir,
In obedience to your Honor’s
request that I should take measures
to inspect the coast from Point Nepean
to Wilsons Promontory in order to
ascertain if any ship has been
lately wrecked upon the coast I
have the honor to report that I shall
proceed this day to Point Nepean
for that purpose with a Sergeant
and three troopers of the Native Police.
Should your Honor be in possession
of any further information respecting
the supposed Wreck I shall be at
the
