Implementation Projects
The implementation of VERS within the Victorian Government has proceeded with the undertaking of a number of practical projects. The learning and knowledge gained in each of the projects has then been used to support further extension to the adoption of VERS to support more effective digital recordkeeping across government. From the initial research project (in 1995/96) to the implementation of the Digital Archive (scheduled for 2005) at Public Record Office Victoria, VERS is providing the infrastructure to preserve the digital heritage of Victorian Government.
