3.5 XML Namespace Declaration

In all VEOs, the vers:VERSEncapsulatedObject root element must contain the following two namespace definitions:

• naa="http://www.naa.gov.au/recordkeeping/control/rkms/contents.html"
• vers= "http://www.prov.vic.gov.au/gservice/standard/pros99007.htm"

Note that neither of these namespace names point to XML schemas.
