This document specifies the system requirements for archiving electronic records in accordance with standards issued by Public Record Office Victoria. It should be used in conjunction with PROS 99/007 Standard for the Management of Electronic Records, PROS 99/007 Specification 2: VERS Metadata Scheme, and PROS 99/007 Specification 3: VERS Standard Electronic Record Format.
