We are aware that some people are finding it difficult to order records. If you are trying to order close order Definition Physical records can be ordered for viewing in PROV’s reading rooms. When a user orders a record, it is reserved solely for their use. records and seeing a 'server error' in the process do not refresh your browser (I know it suggests to do this, but this will not fix the problem) instead, do the following:
1) Close the tab that is displaying the 'server error'
2) Click on the link in the search results again and press order

By doing this it appears to get around the technical glitch which is the barrier to logging on. If this doesn't work, try switching your browser from Chrome to Firefox and repeat this process. Thank you for your ongoing patience as we try and fix this problem.
