This retention and disposal authority covers records documenting the function of providing policing services to the Victorian community.

The functions of Emergency Communications and Incident and Emergency Preparedness and Response have been streamlined and incorporated into PROS 17/02 Emergency Services Function RDA.

PROV recommends usage of PROS 17/02 however PROS 10/14 may be used to authorise records disposal until it expires.
