Bendigo users will soon be able to order records through our new online ordering system, making ordering and managing your record requests a whole lot easier.

Please note some changes to our services in the lead up to the launch:

•    In preparation for the change, please ensure your account has a valid email address before the 27th of April, so that your order history is maintained in the new system. Simply log in to your account in Access the Collection, then click on 'my details' on the yellow menu at the top of the page, selecting 'my account details' from the drop down options. You now should be able to see all your account information. Check that your email address is in the system and correct.

•    The Bendigo Regional Archives Centre Reading Room will be closed on the 18th and 19th of May to allow for the system changeover. We will re-open on the 25th of May.

•    Online ordering of Bendigo records will be suspended after 13 May until we re-open on the 25th.

Once we re-open, you will be able to order Bendigo records through our new online system making ordering and managing your records a whole lot easier! You can go to our ‘Where to Start’ page to find instructions on how to use the new system: https://prov.vic.gov.au/explore-collection/where-start
